Deposit to Withdrawal

It’s 2022 and it’s time to finally be serious about turning your online deposits into multiple withdrawals. In this series of articles, I will document my attempt at turning deposits at Draftkings and Bovada into meaningful withdrawals throughout the PGA Season. Included in these articles will be discussions on proper bankroll management, game selection, game theory, lineup strategy, and trends affecting PGA Tour results. I will be transparent in my betting and lineup building strategies and allow you to see all the failures and success along the way. Follow me on my journey in attempting to turn $4,000 to $100,000 in one PGA Tour season.

My Background

As a PGA Class A Professional, my involvement in the game of golf reaches beyond watching and betting on tour Professionals. My last 10 years of working in the industry has given me insight into the evolution of the golf swing, the importance of equipment and fitness, and optimal golf course management based on course architecture. Adapting this knowledge to tour performers allows me to paint a unique picture in analyzing a player’s potential range of outcomes in a given tournament.

Draftkings Bank Roll and Management

While there are multiple theories for proper bank roll management, I will put forth my strategy for this season in order to maximize on positive leveraged positions and minimize the need to redeposit funds. It is important that we remain dynamic with regards to game selection as each week’s prize pools will change based on tournament fields and status. Here are the basic guidelines I will follow with regards to Daily Fantasy Golf on Draftkings.

· As my bankroll will fluctuate up and down, I will keep the total amount of money in play between 5–10% of total bank roll at the start of the week.

· While my focus will be on MME (mass multi-entry) GPPs (Guaranteed Prize Pools), I will be allocating portions of my bank roll on 20-max, 3-max, and Single Entry tournaments.

· Another small portion will be allocated for cash games in 50/50’s and HU (heads up) variations.

Bovada Bank Roll and Management

Bets made at Bovada will focus on outrights, top 10s, and top 20s. The plan is to start with $500 in account and get through the first 10 weeks only betting $50/max a week. Using $5 as our unit of measure, we will reevaluate after 10 weeks if adjustments are needed.

All bets and Draftkings results will be posted in an attached document and you can follow along on my twitter account @kriznastee. I want to hear from all of you looking to do a bankroll building challenge as well so reach out to me as we go on this journey together! Let’s get them Greenscreens!!!
